What we collect
Only what you choose to send us through the contact form, by email, by phone or on WhatsApp: your name, organisation, role, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, and your message. We do not ask for sensitive personal data. Please do not include it in your message.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation if you ask for one, and manage the resulting relationship. Our lawful basis is your consent and, where you have asked us to respond, steps taken at your request. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Who sees it
Only the Narris team. Form submissions pass through a form-handling service that delivers them to us by email. If a message is sent from a client outside Kenya, or through a provider outside Kenya, it may be processed abroad. We take reasonable steps to keep such transfers in line with the Data Protection Act, 2019.
How long we keep it
Only as long as needed for the purpose above, or as the law requires. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted after a reasonable period.
Your rights
Under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019 you may ask to access your personal data, correct it, have it deleted, object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time. Write to us at the address above. You may also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner of Kenya.
